What areas do you cover?

All of South Wales, We are located in Blackwood, however cover all of south wales. For larger commercial work we will travel further.

How do you take payment?

Cash or Card is Accepted

How quickly can you come out if we book?

We usually book you within a week, please get in touch and we can give you an accurate date. We are also sometimes able to accommodate for urgent requests both commercial and residential.

What days do you work?

Typically Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. However please get in touch should the work you require be outside of these hours. We will accommodate as best as possible.

How long does it take for the carpet to dry?

You can walk on the carpet straight away afterwards. It will be damp to touch & the doors and windows need to be opened in order to help drying process and reduce chance of stains reappearing. We always recommend avoiding the area until completely dry in order to get the best results.

Is your equipment pet safe?

Yes, we only use industry leading products that are completely safe and free from harmful toxins.
